How do I sign up or upgrade my membership?
CourtReserve does not allow you to switch or upgrade your membership on the app or desktop. Please contact us at 435-222-9540 or email us at info@kellseypickleball.com for assistance.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
- Ultimate Access (Black VIP) members: 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Enhanced Access (Pink Membership) members: 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Essential Access (Blue Basic) members: 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Explore Access (Green Pass): 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Do I need a membership to play at Kellsey Pickleball?
Memberships are encouraged since we are a private club and rely on member participation to stay open year-round.
However, non-members are welcome to book courts or participate in events. A $5 guest fee will be charged per visit.
Can non-members join leagues, events, or court reservations?
Yes. Non-members may participate in any event or reservation with a $5 guest fee.
How do I manage my court reservations and events?
All reservations and event sign-ups are handled through CourtReserve, not our website.
- Log in through the CourtReserve website or download the CourtReserve app (iOS or Android).
- From there, you can book courts, register for events, manage your schedule, and update your account.
👉 Please note: our website is for general information only. CourtReserve is where all scheduling and membership management takes place.
How does billing and auto-renewal work?
- Memberships are set to auto-renew unless you opt out through your CourtReserve account.
- You may opt out of auto-renewal at any time.
- Refunds are not issued if you cancel mid-membership. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current term.
Do you offer trial passes?
We no longer offer 30-day passes. Non-members may participate by paying the $5 guest fee.
