Frequently Asked Questions

Court Bookings can be modified or cancelled with no penalty if the request at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. This is done through Court Reserve and there is no need to contact us. Court bookings that are modified or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for refunds or credits. Failure to show for a booked court or event with out any prior notification will be considered a no- show and no refund or credit will be issued. 

Bookings for clinics, private lessons, semi-private lessons, tournaments and leagues can be modified or cancelled if the request is made at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session or session of league/lesson/tournament/clinic. Bookings for clinics, private lesson, semi-private lessons, tournaments and leagues that are cancelled or modified with in 72 hours' notice will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total cost. 

All modification or cancellation requests for clinics, private lessons, semi-private lessons and leagues must be communicated to our facility through the designated channel listed below:

Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit balance that can be used through CourtReserve and not in the form of cash or credit card. You may request a refund to your credit card, however, please note that this will be subject to any credit card fees incurred, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
