Cancellation & Modification Policy

Court Bookings
Court reservations can be modified or cancelled with no penalty if the request is made at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on your membership level:

• Pink & Black Members: 24-hour notice required
• Blue Members: 48-hour notice required

All changes must be made directly through CourtReserve. There is no need to contact us.
Cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Failure to show for a court booking or event without any prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Clinics, Private & Semi-Private Lessons, Tournaments, and Leagues
These bookings may be cancelled or modified with no penalty if the request is made at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session.
Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of the start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit balance that can be used through CourtReserve and not in the form of cash or credit card. You may request a refund to your credit card, however, please note that this will be subject to any credit card fees incurred, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
